Small World has registered for this, please advise us of the reference you are assigned if you plan you use this scheme. We are advised that your money will take at least five working days to credit our account, so you should ensure that remittance is “instructed” before the 25th of the prior month. The agency further advises that any “stuck” remittances can only be resolved by the parent; Small World will not even know about them! |

Conditions or Restrictions
Below are some of the applicable conditions and restrictions to the fees above.
- Discontinued late start day sessions are only available to customers who already use this.
- Pre-school fees are charged all year round while Small World is open. (on average approximately 49 weeks of the year)
- All discounts are not applicable when free sessions start.
- Sibling discount would only be applied to one of the sibling (older) and not if there was another more beneficial discount.
- Vouchers can only be accepted as part remittances if they conform to the rules, including receipt of reliably remittance advice.
- Any prior arrangement (for extended or extra sessions) must have prior confirmation from Small World.

- The 6% extra for under three years old children ceases from the month after they turn three.
Review
Fees are reviewed at least annually, typically notified during July and changing on 1st September. Standing order calculations are provided to allow monthly fixed payments, these are reviewed regularly.
